1. Booking & Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 2 weeks in advance for event transportation. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email
- A confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of booking
- Changes to reservations must be made at least 4 hours before pickup
- All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can maintain our high level of service:
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- 4–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 4 hours: Full charge applies
- No-show: Full charge applies
- Event bookings: Subject to separate cancellation terms
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior corporate billing arrangements have been made.
- We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts, and wire transfers
- Gratuity is not included and is at the passenger's discretion
- Tolls, parking fees, and airport fees are additional charges
- Wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the hourly rate
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect.
- No smoking in any vehicle
- Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior
- A cleaning fee of $150–$500 may apply for excessive mess
- Seatbelt use is mandatory for all passengers
- Child car seats must be requested at the time of booking
5. Wait Time Policy
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary wait time after flight lands
- All other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time
- Additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate
- Chauffeur will attempt to contact the passenger before departing
6. Liability & Insurance
RideArray LLC maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Personal items left in vehicles are the passenger's responsibility
- We will make reasonable efforts to return lost items
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided
